BUFC Coaching Staff

Beach United Football Club youth soccer coaches and trainers share a passion for the game of soccer and are committed to player development. All team coaches must possess USSF or NSCAA coaching certifications. Each coach or trainer will have varied associations and experiences including playing at the collegiate or professional levels, coaching area youth soccer teams, high school or college soccer teams and holding multiple coaching certifications. In certain age groups, Beach United Football Club will run a trainer rotation system enabling youth players to receive instruction from multiple soccer coaches, not just one, and expose each player to varied styles of coaching and experience.

The YMCA is looking for volunteer coaches for the Spring and Fall REC soccer season. Our goal is to have 2 coaches per team (head and assistant coach). If you are interested in coaching please contact Thuba Nkomazana - Director

Additionally, the YMCA will be offering coaching education sessions throughout the year. If you are interested, do not hesitate to contact Thuba Nkomazana

I encourage interested parents to take the “F” License. This is a 2 hour course which will cover course curriculum (rules, technical, tactical and organization). Here is the link to the F License: http://www.ussoccer.com/coaching-education/licenses/national-f
