STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

BUFC Coaching Staff

Beach United Football Club youth soccer coaches and trainers share a passion for the game of soccer and are committed to player development. All team coaches must possess USSF or NSCAA coaching certifications. Each coach or trainer will have varied associations and experiences including playing at the collegiate or professional levels, coaching area youth soccer teams, high school or college soccer teams and holding multiple coaching certifications. In certain age groups, Beach United Football Club will run a trainer rotation system enabling youth players to receive instruction from multiple soccer coaches, not just one, and expose each player to varied styles of coaching and experience.

BUFC Coaches

All interested coaches are encouraged to follow the new Grassroots Coaching Pathway organized by US Soccer. The South Carolina Youth Soccer Association has good information and the FAQ page lays out simple procedures and steps to take.

Please visit the following links…

The starting point is creating an account (if you don’t already have one) at https://learning.ussoccer.com/coach/courses/available/16/details/1546 and taking the Introduction to Grassroots Coaching Module that is free of charge and takes about 20 minutes. All for the Good of the Game!
